Nicola Kalderash is a leader in his profession and his community. By day he works in cybersecurity after having obtained his Master of Science in Information Management from the University of Washington – Seattle Campus. He has worked in security compliance, penetration testing, strategy & planning, and more. Currently, he works for Boeing, and in his spare time, he is the Education Director for ISACA Puget Sound in Seattle, WA, where he has lived for ten years, a city in which he championed bills into law and other student rights as a leader on his college campuses.

By night he is an aspiring journalistic YouTuber and works alongside another YouTuber, Lloyd Dixon (TheSingleGuy), as a dating coach by helping men become the best versions of themselves to attract high-quality women. He has a social group he has fostered over the last year with over fifty people, where he organizes events big and small and has created a space for friendship to break out of the Seattle Freeze. Nicola didn’t come from a privileged background, though, and had a very tough upbringing.

He came from a culture that didn’t accept anything different from the status quo, didn’t believe in proper education, and had a father who was abusive, as well as not being the healthiest of kids. He overcame all of that, achieved, and believes in the power of self-development and intrinsic growth to become what you want. He is excited to help other men achieve the same as your Hero’s Circle Facilitator.
